Puja Booking & Refund Policy

1. Puja Booking & Payment Holds
When you initiate a puja booking, your chosen date and time slot are temporarily reserved for up to 30 minutes to permit checkout completion. Bookings become confirmed only upon cryptographic server-side verification of payment via our gateway partner Razorpay.
2. Cancellation Windows & Refund Eligibility
We recognize that unforeseen events happen. The following cancellation schedule applies to all confirmed puja services:

3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are triggered directly to your original payment method via Razorpay within 24–48 hours. Depending on your issuing bank or card provider, credit should appear in your statement within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution & Customer Support
If you experience any dissatisfaction with a conducted puja ritual, please notify our support team within 24 hours at support@divyadhvani.in with your Booking Number. Our spiritual operations team investigates all disputes impartially.
